Mr. John Ricardi has enjoyed a successful career in high technology since 1977 and founded HiTech Initiatives Business and Management consulting company in 2007. He has served in management positions with responsibilities for general management, business development, product development, global sales/marketing, and operations management. He has done several “turnarounds’ and managed businesses from pre-revenues start-up to $70M in annual sales and has collectively increased sales 52% to $133M in three companies in one year. Mr. Ricardi has both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and over 30 years experience in industries including semiconductor, life sciences, biotechnology, aerospace, and others.
Mr. Zacharias J. Beckman has 25 years experience working with technology-focused clients from the Fortune 500, Government, and private and public sectors, including Xerox®, the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles County Sheriff, NASA, and the Department of Defense. Mr. Beckman is CEO of Hyrax International LLC, a firm specializing in Global Project Management and Multinational project execution. He is also a published author and has developed coursework in project management, outsourcing and multiple technical fields. He is currently co-producing an e-Learning course on “Secrets of Successful Project Sponsors,” and runs the widely read Rational Scrum blog.
